Can you provide gift wrapping?

We’re sorry, but we do not offer gift wrapping services.

When will you restock products?

Even if an item is temporarily out of stock, we generally plan to restock it. However, depending on the product, it may take some time before it becomes available again. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Do you have left-handed products?

We’re sorry, but we do not currently offer left-handed products.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

After receiving your order, we will inspect and process the shipment within 2–3 working days.
The delivery time will vary depending on the country, distance, and package weight.

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods:
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We use Japan Post's EMS service.

Do I need to pay customs duties?

Yes, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please check the checkout page for the exact amount.
Please note that shipping is FREE worldwide when purchasing two or more items.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Can I return or exchange an item?

If the Issue is Caused by Our Store

If there is a defect in the product, please contact us at info@333dogcare.com within 7 days of receiving the item with photos or videos as proof. (We will confirm the defect through images or videos.)

If the product is damaged or does not function properly due to our fault, we will cover the cost of exchange. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted after the product has been used.

Returns Due to Customer Preferences

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.
