Returns and Exchanges
If the Issue is Caused by Our Store
If there is a defect in the product, please contact us at info@333dogcare.com within 7 days of receiving the item with photos or videos as proof. (We will confirm the defect through images or videos.)
If the product is damaged or does not function properly due to our fault, we will cover the cost of exchange. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted after the product has been used.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are possible before the shipping process begins. Please contact us at info@333dogcare.com as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be accepted after shipping.
